What do we mean by "more science"?

Research and efficacy are at the centre of everything we do - for us, it isn't enough to be 'good enough', we want to be more, to do more! So, how do we do that? At CP Labs, although we see great value in using the research of others, we thought we would take it one step further. This is why we have our very own PC2 research lab where our incredible team research, experiment and test our vitamins and supplements.

And not only that, more science is more than just our lab, it's our clinical trials, our new, better and unique delivery platforms (shoutout to NanoCelle), our collaborations with universities and our dedicated team of scientists, doctors and researchers.

 

How do I know what CP Labs vitamins & supplements are best for me?

Can I take CP Labs products if I take over the counter or prescription medicines? 

Please always consult your health professional about the medicines and supplements you're taking or thinking of taking. They will be able to tell you about any possible issues of mixing medicines with supplements, and make sure that whatever you are choosing to take is suitable for you.

 

How do I write a review on a product?

How do I use my discount code?

What is your refunds/returns policy? 

Returns are offered within 7 days of the delivery of products under the following criteria:

When delivered, the products were damaged or otherwise unfit for resale; or

The products were shipped to you in error

Unfortunately despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit to you. If you notice that an item is damaged or you receive products that you did not order, please contact us by email: office@cplabs.com.au or call our toll free number: +61 481155599 within 7 days of delivery.

Items returned must be unopened, sealed merchandise that is in its original condition. This means you have not used or damaged any of the items. You must make available the invoice number, product, quantity and reason for return when you email or call.

We may arrange pickup at our discretion for an authorised return; a copy of the invoice and authorisation number will be given.
